1 cat per SECURE carrier/trap labeled with your name

Cats MUST be greater than 4 pounds

Cats CAN NOT be sick on the day of surgery

Ears will be tipped! *NO EXCEPTIONS*

First come first serve basis

Cats will need to be kept somewhere safe warm/cool and dry overnight before being let outside
